CORRECTION: In misread the "Insider" story, the woman who was a Democrat for 40 years, she actually went to school in 1999, which would have given her 22 years to pay off her debt instead of 40 (I misread, my apologies!). Some updated math here: It would have cost Melissa $7,400 a year, $618 a month, $309 biweekly, to pay off her student loan debts (Will issue a full correction and update next episode!)
